2.Avoid Picking: Refrain from picking at acne, scabs, or other skin lesions, as this can increase the risk of developing post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation.


3.Gentle Skincare: Use gentle, non-irritating skincare products that do not strip the skin of its natural oils. Harsh products can lead to inflammation and exacerbate hyperpigmentation.


4.Healthy Lifestyle: Maintain a balanced diet rich in antioxidants and drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and healthy. Regular exercise can also promote good circulation and skin health.
